读书分享会共有4个小组，40余位成员，每个小组指派一位成员进行分享。首期读书分享会以稻盛和夫先生的《活法》为主题。《活法》是稻盛和夫先生的一本传世之作，他是大家熟知的成功商界人士和优秀企业家。通过分享这本书，大家深入探讨并学习稻盛先生的经验和教益，探索如何在个人生活和职业发展中运用这些智慧。
本次分享会邀请到了公司高层领导参加，并对分享进行点评，与大家分享《活法》这本书中的精华内容，并结合各自的经验和见解，为大家带来独特的视角和启发。
通过举办读书会活动，鼓励大家以书为伴、开拓视野、陶冶思想情操、学习技能并借助学习活动这个载体，进一步加强各个部门团队协同作战能力，知彼解己，提高团队的综合素养，为公司未来培养高素质人才。
